20. Delegation of Powers:

(1) The Government of Nepal may delegate some of its power pursuant to this Act to any official or committee or person or institution by
publishing a notification in Nepal Gazette.
(2) The Central Committee or any other committee may delegate some of its powers vested in it pursuant to this Act to any Committee or person or
institution.
